PerkNest

BETA INFORMATIONAL DOCUMENT

Privacy notice

Last updated: October 9, 2026

PerkNest is in beta. The operating legal entity and its contact details have not yet been approved. This notice is provisional and must be completed before public launch.

Information used

The business offering a program may use your name, email address, enrollment, digital card, balance or benefits, and recorded activity. If you opt in to promotions, that preference is also stored. The service records consent and the version of terms accepted.

Merchant apps and security

Merchant apps use the sign-in email and account identifiers to authenticate staff and restrict access to their business. They record purchases, benefits, redemptions and correction reasons submitted by authorized staff. Security services use request identifiers and temporary IP-derived counters to limit sign-in attempts. Technical logs retain service status and response timing for 30 days. Installing an Apple Wallet pass stores device registration identifiers and a notification token to update that pass. These are not used for advertising or advertising tracking.

How it is used

Information is used to manage enrollment, verify email, display the card, and record benefits or redemptions. Promotions are sent only if you opt in. You do not need to install a customer app to participate.

Access, retention, and requests

The business administers its program and can access information needed to operate it. Retention periods, service providers, legal procedures, and the legal operator’s contact channel must be confirmed by the operating entity before public launch. From a card session with verified access you can download pages of your data, withdraw marketing consent, request erasure, and check its status. An erasure request does not automatically delete your benefits: remaining balances or a justified hold may require review. Contact the business to correct your details or if you cannot access these controls. Customer email is disabled during this beta; access-link delivery is not promised.

Wallet and QR

The QR identifies your card when shown to the business. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet depend on platform enablement; requesting a pass does not mean it has been issued or installed.
