Using the service

PerkNest lets businesses offer loyalty programs and lets their customers view associated cards. When you enroll, provide accurate information and accept the specific program terms published by the business. The business sets its program rules, benefits, validity, and redemptions.

Beta, availability, and trial

During beta, features may change or be unavailable. Card enrollment does not require a customer app. QR is available when supported by the program. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet depend on platform enablement; NFC requires an approved provider and physical validation and is not offered as available.

Merchant accounts may start a 14-day trial without entering a payment card. Any later charge requires an explicit subscription action. Published prices are monthly and include VAT; renewal, invoicing, and cancellation details must be shown in the applicable checkout flow.

Balances and activity

Benefits are recorded according to the program rules in effect. Activity entered by a business reflects that business’s record and is not necessarily a sale verified by a payment system. Wallet requests do not confirm pass installation.

Support and final terms

The legal operator, liability limits, formal complaint process, governing law, and support contact must be added after the operating entity is approved. These provisional terms do not replace final terms reviewed for launch.
