PerkNest help

Guides for businesses and customers during beta.

Access your business

Sign in with your account email. If you received a temporary-password invitation, complete the password change. Confirm your email and set up an authenticator app when prompted. To recover access, request a code from the recovery page; never share your password or authenticator codes.

Create and share a program

In Programs, choose New program and set benefits, design, Spanish and English terms and enrollment fields. Preview shows changes without saving. Save draft stores the program without publishing it. Activate opens enrollment. Share the active program’s link or QR. Pause stops new enrollment; issued cards retain their rules.

Record a purchase or redemption

In Scan QR, use the camera or card code. Check the customer, balance, operation type and location before confirming. The iOS and Android merchant apps also support card lookup and transactions. Recording a purchase does not process a payment. Only the server-confirmed receipt establishes that the operation was saved.

Resolve a pending operation

If connection is lost after confirmation, keep the pending request. Use Check / retry request to retrieve its status; do not enter another purchase to resolve uncertainty. Sign back in with the original account and business. Do not clear app or browser data. For a correction, the owner must review history and record a reversal with a reason; the original history is retained.

Save and update a Wallet card

Customers do not need a PerkNest app. For enabled cards, open the Apple Wallet link on the iPhone and confirm Add. The pass uses QR; this does not imply NFC availability. Balance changes are sent automatically to Wallet. If delayed, check the merchant’s receipt and the pass’s automatic-update setting. Do not repeat the transaction or delete the card to correct a balance. Google Wallet and NFC require additional enablement.

Customer data and support

The card and QR identify the customer: share them only with the corresponding business. Marketing consent is optional. Use the available controls in card details to view or request changes to your data. To review a transaction, keep its ID, date and business. The owner can authorize limited, expiring support access in Settings without sharing credentials.

Beta availability

The merchant trial lasts 14 days after verified onboarding and does not charge automatically. Charging, CFDI, SMS and custom customer emails are not activated. Merchant accounts can request confirmation and recovery codes from the access pages. Automatic customer-card enrollment and recovery depend on email delivery, which is pending in this beta. Ask the business which options are available for its card.
